Dashboard, KPIs, and Carbon Footprint Analysis
We have implemented the DOTMobile infrastructure by integrating into the solution some functions now essential to fleet management. A unique, versatile, and customizable tool for every user, the Dashboard allows immediate access to a range of tailor-made KPIs, selected to obtain a holistic view on the environmental impact and operational performance of the entire fleet. Among the functions included in the module, there is the analysis of the carbon footprint which, starting from the collected data, offers a thorough assessment of the operational performance of each company vehicle. But it doesn't end there. In addition to the CO2 emission KPIs, the Dashboard includes indicators that allow monitoring of operational efficiency, fuel consumption, kilometers traveled, working hours, and maintenance of the vehicles. Through graphical visualizations, analyses, and evaluations Through quantitative values, companies gain, in a single tool, complete control over fleet operations and environmental impact.
Order Management
The "Order Management" module allows, in an intuitive way, to structure information at two levels, facilitating both the data collection on the needs of machines and vehicles, and the organization and subsequent management of operations. By entering the needs of the entire fleet for each order by type, managers ensure that all needs are clearly defined and documented. Through a special Business Intelligence section, the allocation of equipment and vehicles for the required periods will then be easier, more efficient and precise. In summary, ensuring availability when and where necessary and allowing, at the same time, monitoring and analysis of order costs will be more straightforward.
Work Management in Zone
After recording the work to be done within individual zones, the planner can assign tasks and missions to different employees and machines, with the ability to send the schedule directly to smartphones and/or onboard display.
Vehicle Assignment Planner to Staff
The module offers an innovative solution for the efficient assignment of company vehicles to employees, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and safety. Staff using the vehicle have access to a special feature on their smartphone that allows them to manage their privacy. If the vehicle is used outside of work hours, the employee can activate a mode that prevents the company from monitoring them, as stipulated by worker statutes and privacy regulations. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergency or theft), supervisors still have the ability to remotely deactivate the privacy block.

A feature that allows for the surveying and georeferencing on the map of countless points of interest such as customer and supplier premises, affiliated points and partners, or addresses of rental users for additional services.
Passive Rentals
A complete solution for managing rental contracts made with suppliers, this tool is designed to simplify the supervision and administration of all aspects related to passive rentals, from the registration of contracts to the management of deadlines and associated costs. Through various features, it's possible to record and organize all rental contracts in a single system, facilitating access and review of information, monitoring the frequency of payments, total costs, and any penalties associated with rental contracts. An integrated calendaring system automatically notifies the user of upcoming deadlines, helping to avoid delays or other contractual complications.
Maintenance, Technical Inspections, and Non-Conformities
The module allows for the insertion of checklists to be marked during inspections, with the possibility to highlight non-conformities or malfunctions.
Inspections via Smartphone and QR Code
It is possible to print and place QR Codes on vehicles to allow operators to fill out checklists via smartphone.
Detection of Interventions
This function allows you to accurately record all interventions. of routine and extraordinary maintenance performed on the individual vehicle, reclassifying them by category and recording the data related to the supplier and the individual analytical cost items.
Scheduling
At the time of recording each individual intervention, it is possible to schedule the future deadline based on the elapsed time, distances, or actual hours of work. The user can set expiration alerts to be sent to maintenance staff and operators. The DOTMobile maintenance program is responsible for notifying pre-alerts and possible alarms for interventions that have not been performed and are already overdue.
Fuel Management, Fuel Cards, and Refueling
This module enables complete management of fuels and fuel cards, including the breakdown by supplier and tracking of dispensation. Data collection can occur manually or by importing files provided by the companies where refueling takes place.
Administrative Procedures
This module allows for complete management of all administrative procedures related to vehicles. The system processes information, generating an automatic calendar with pre-alerts for insurance, taxes, permits, inspections, etc.
Licenses and Certifications
This function allows the collection of all data related to licenses and operator certifications, generating an automatic calendar and thereby ensuring precise supervision over the regularity of the operation of company vehicles.
