Opera is an interactive IoT control unit connected to the DOTMobile Cloud that, when applied to fixed or mobile tanks with dispensing pumps, allows total control of fleet refueling.

These advanced features make Opera Tank an essential tool for effective refueling management, improving accuracy and transparency through geolocation technology and real-time GPS monitoring.
Intuitive Procedure
The display prompts the operator to identify themselves by placing their RFID iButton on the reader. If enabled, the operator must identify the vehicle or equipment to refuel by further reading the paired RFID tag.
Depending on the type of vehicle or equipment, the operator enters the mileage or total working hours. At this point, dispensing is enabled through the appropriate digital output. The liters dispensed are directly measured by the pump flow meter and displayed on the screen, along with the total quantity contained in the tank.
During the initial configuration, it is possible to define the maximum waiting time from the actual end of refueling to the deactivation of the pump (generally 5 or 10 seconds). This function prevents multiple vehicles or equipment from being refueled simultaneously without declaring their identity, while allowing a brief suspension of dispensing. An emergency procedure is provided for activating the pump in case of iButton loss or other extraordinary situations.
By pressing the appropriate button on the display, the operator can activate the procedure and enter the temporary Code/Token visible on the DOTMobile Suite or App. The refueling data is automatically synchronized with the DOTMobile Cloud.

Through this module, it is possible to view the position of the tanks and, in the case of localized vehicles, the congruence between the declared vehicle at the time of refueling and the geographic position near the pump.
